Author not showing up in Author List

I recently read ‘Howard’s Three Best Friends’ by DustyVeil & Mafisto, and enjoyed it. I know I’ve read stuff by Mafisto before, so I went to look up other stories by them.

But they didn’t have an entry in the “All Authors” list.

Clicking on their name on the story took to a page that looks like their author page (but I’m not sure if it’s for DustyVeil & Mafisto or just one of them), and there was only one story listed.

So I had two questions:

  1. Did Mafisto pull their old stories?
  2. Why aren’t they showing up in the author list?

I did delist all my stories. Since ‘Howard’s Three Best Friends’ is the only story I published afterwards, the entry in All Authors is under ‘DustyVeil & Mafisto’.
