Looking for stories where the hypnotist gets a taste of their own medicine by the end. It’s a very specific genre I like, but there isn’t really a tag for it. Thanks in advance for any help!
Examples: Himbo Gum, Real Change Takes Time (final chapter), I Always Wanted to be a Frat Rat (first chapter), and Remote Controlled Roommate.
It’s an elaborate (and wonderful) story but the hypnotist (or the person who does the controlling) definitely gets a taste of his medicine: Volunteers
Its not exactly a hypnotist story, but Re-Educator is a very good example. Its a bit of a spoiler, but basically the story starts with this nerd who invents this device that helps him control other people, but one of the people hes trying to control turns the tables on him and he gets thoroughly brainwashed
There’s also “Payback”, and “MyWorld”.
