User Deleting Images and Stories

Hello,

I am not complaining and I appreciate all the hard work it takes for the upkeep of the sites.

However, I feel as though the deletion process could be streamlined if we could delete images whether or not they are used in other stories as well as deleting stories ourselves.

I feel as though a process such as this, or one similar, might alleviate some of the demand placed on site administration. If there were deletions, they could be done without adding burden to administration who already devote so much to the sites.

can see why they don’t do that with stories there is a risk that would create more work for the approvers if a few days after being approved someone delated their own story so they could submit it again and bring it up to the top of the page :smile: not saying people would but if someone felt like they didn’t get enough engagement they might

We need to know if stories are deleted from the site, and we’d also like to know why this is requested. It’s a public change and should not happen behind our backs.

Also, it’s just fair to the readers so we can tell them what happened when they’re suddenly missing stories.

Deleting stories is not much work, and we did so promptly for you. didn’t we?
