I’ve got a story that I’d like to publish here, but I have a small concern. I used a hybril of a fictional character and the person who created it. It is an internet content creator and his fictional persona. I got his permission to do this he has read the story and knows I am posting it. Can the story be posted here, and if so would I need to get some sort of proof?
That’s no problem, celebrities can be used anyway (as long as they’re not depicted in any derogatory way). And if you even have his consent, it’s even less of a problem.
If someone would have an issue with his own persona being used in a story, he’d have to contact me and I’d take the story down.
