This one’s a bit old but pretty good. There’s virtually no dialogue, so the plot’s a bit hard to follow, but the basic premise is this:
A prisoner in a jail has developed mind control powers and he has secretly enslaved the guards. They silently guard his room and don’t yell at him or punish him for being shirtless and reading contraband materials. The Chief of Security (who at this point hasn’t been hypnotized nor does he know about the prisoner’s powers) comes to see why the prisoner hasn’t left his cell in such a long time. He walks past the guards and into the cell where the prisoner is waiting.
The chief tries to talk to the prisoner but the prisoner immediately starts looking into his eyes and whispering something the the chief can’t quite understand. He starts to feel tired, and gets a really big headache. The room is swaying and spinning, and the next thing the Chief of Security knows, he’s on his knees blowing the prisoner in full view of his men outside the cell. The chief completely submits to the prisoner.
The guards are confused for a second, but the prisoner looks into their eyes and silently commands them. They walk into the cell and undress for their new master, allowing the prisoner to inspect their bodies as the chief dutifully slurps on his cock. Finally, the prisoner initiates what is likely the first of many orgies in that prison cell as the prisoner fucks his new harem of slaves.

I only ever found five minutes of this one, but the premise is pretty good, even if the acting is a bit schlocky.
It starts with a therapist and his twink patient during a session. The twink drones on and on about a dream he keeps having, and the doctor is bored of it. He then suggests hypnotherapy to get to the bottom of the dream. The twink agrees, and once he’s under, the therapist commands the twink to “pay him back” for all the time he’s wasted blathering on about his dumb dream. He snaps his fingers, and the twink wakes up, immediately getting on his knees to undo the therapist’s pants and suck his cock. The video ends with the therapist rimming his patient, presumably to prep him for a fuck, but the clip I found stops at that point.
The hottest part for me is how casual everything is. This might be in part because of the bad acting, but the acting and writing comes together to make it feel like hypnotizing his patients to be his sex slaves is just a normal, almost boring part of the therapist’s life. As his mind-fucked patient is unzipping his pants for a hot, wet blowjob, the therapist just sits back and says “I don’t get payed enough for this” like he isn’t living a fantasy.
