Sex Psycho (2003) is a pretty hot flick, although the acting isn’t particularly good.
The plot focuses on Derek, who wakes up in Golden Gate Park with only a spotty memory of how he got there. Afterwards, he goes to Dr McCain and tells him about his condition. Derek has memory loss when he engages in sexual activity. Whenever he has sex, he wakes up a few hours later with no memory of what happened. He’s addicted to going into the woods and hooking up with the sleaziest men he can find. But, there’s one man in particular that Derek is obsessed with. He can never remember the man’s face, but he’s covered in tattoos, and wears a leather harness with crotchless leather pants. Derek is completely addicted to getting fucked by this strange man, even if he has no idea who he is or what he looks like. Derek wants to stop, but he can’t fight the compulsion to sleep with sleazy, pervy men.
Dr McCain has Derek attend a group therapy session with a group of men who have all contracted various sexual compulsions: Gregg is always erect and is a sex addict; Sal becomes more aroused the more afraid he gets, along with sexual hallucinations; Paul is addicted to sex in public places. He has crazy fantasies of having public sex, and the line between fantasy and reality is slowly dissolving.
Paul tells them about how he went to the dentist’s office and saw a really hot guy in the waiting room. Before he knows it, Paul’s naked and the stranger’s cock is out (Scene 2). They fuck every which way for hours until Paul realizes that none of that happened and only a few minutes have passed. The man left and Paul has a huge jizz stain on his pants.
The session ends and the four men meet up outside the building. Sal reveals that in most of his hallucinations he’s having sex with Dr McCain. Paul questions if the hallucinations are actually real, but Dr McCain apparently has a wife and kids, though he’s very secretive about them. Dr McCain calls Sal back and asks Sal to deliver a package for him. Sal arrives in an empty studio apartment lot that is unfurnished except for a bed. Sal become confused and disoriented, and before he knows it, he’s naked and the leather man is there! Sal can’t stop sucking the leather man’s cock, before getting fucked in the ass. As he’s getting fucked, he has flashbacks, realizing this has happened many times before. After they cum, the leather man vanishes, and Sal calls Paul in distress. Paul says he’ll help. Meanwhile, Gregg has sex with Paul’s british friend Robert on the roof of his apartment.
Derek confides in Paul that he’s had more blackouts and can smell cum on his body. A strange number has been calling all week and whispering something unintelligible. Paul tells Derek a secret. After, Derek goes to a session with Dr McCain by himself. Dr McCain gets Derek talking about his apparent crush on Paul, and Derek slowly goes into a trance as he fantasizes about Paul fucking his mouth and his ass. Dr McCain changes into BDSM gear, revealing himself to be the leather man! He’s secretly been giving all the men in his therapy group sexual compulsions. He fucks the tranced Derek as he has many times before.
After he cums, Derek blacks out, but Dr McCain is shocked when Paul walks in, having recorded the whole thing. Paul is apparently an undercover cop who was trying to arrest Dr McCain, which he does now that he has recorded proof. After Paul wakes Derek up, he informs Derek that Dr McCain isn’t a doctor at all, but a mental patient who escaped from a psychiatric ward. Derek visits Jason McCain in the hospital (wearing nothing but a straightjacket and humping a pole) as the film ends.
The film is okay. The sex scenes are pretty hot imo, but the acting is pretty terrible. Paul Johnson is definitely the best actor, followed by John McCain (who plays the transition from sinister doctor to crazed sex maniac pretty well). By far the worst actor is Derek Cameron, which sucks, since he’s got the job of playing the tranced guy, which he pretty much fails at. Give it a watch if you’re really starved for other gay hypno porn.
