Does anyone know of any stories out there of men being transformed into leather clothing, not just wearing leather, but being turned, turned into leather itself.
I’ve hit a few of those over the years. On this site, I’d search on keyword ‘leather’ + tag ‘inanimate’.
On metabods site, a similar strategy (tag: human to inanimate) turns up “Always sunny” by Cockatrice.

I’m amazed I haven’t done one. It’s right up my street.
It might be fun to have a guy be like… flattened, treated and tanned. Semi-magically of course so his consciousness is retained.
A guy takes him through the process then cuts and tailors a full, tight-fitting leather ensemble to wear. Makes a wallet out of some of the off cuts.
