This story wasn’t necessarily overlooked, it seems as though it had an avid readership at the time it was posted but I myself only found it a couple years back and it seems as though the author was content with just this one story, as he’s not published another one despite being a very talented writer. So it might be difficult for people who weren’t here in the late ‘teens’ to discover this one.
