Why aren't villans ever taken down the same as heroes are in those type of stories?

as much as I enjoy these stories of superheroes being taken down in someway,
why hasn’t there been other stores of supervillains going after villains or heroes doing something like this to villains?

Just a thought.

No reason why not. I think the reason villains often go after heroes is because of the corruption aspect. It’s no fun to corrupt the already corrupt, right?

Funnily, there’s a story by bluesuedewho that does exactly this—I guess as a commentary (and inversion) on the usual trope that you described. Basically all my stories are villains/bad people getting kinky comeuppance from hero characters :ok_hand:t2:
