I’m pretty positive they’re real. There is shopped nullo content out there, and I’ve seen some people who do temporary stuff with like surgical tape or the kinds of bandages you put over new tattoos. There’s very little pornographic content but versasspunk and a couple others exist - many of which you can find by who’s tagged in versasspunk’s posts. Sidenote, I think having the surgery done is much more common in older (50+) folks, so it’s pretty rare to see hot younger guys with it done.
